The service is friendly, with comfortable amenities by the manager. The location is fabulous, with great in-room lighting and an abundance of supplies. While the service was super comfortable, provided by the manager who was friendly, the room with accommodations for hearing impaired, although clean and comfortable, wasn't suitable for me as I didn't need that type of room. The location was fabulous, but the absence of certain amenities was a downside.
